Yoga Nidra means Yogic Sleep and is a profoundly restorative guided meditation practice that helps us restore inner emotions and overall fatigues assisting us to lead lives of greater ease, peace and fulfillment.
It is deeply restorative for the body, mind and spirit, and offers a wonderful antidote to stress and anxiety.
In this practice we will prepare the body for the Nidra with gentle motions and gentle breathe, then you just lie down, get comfortable and listen!
