Wall Yoga

The Wall gives you support, inspiration, and guidance. It becomes your partner, your supporter, and your friend as you lean on it, align yourself with it, push off of it, and press into it.

 

The wall not only helps you when you practice yoga, gives you a vertical point of reference and it also adds another degree of challenge to your practice!
