Therapeutic Yoga for Upper & Lower body

August 4 @ 9:30 am - 3:30 pm

Therapeutic Yoga for:

   Happy Neck, Shoulders and Wrists
&       Healthy Knees, Ankles & Feet

Learn how to apply yoga’s alignment principles through the multiple uses of asanas (yoga postures), breath and various yoga-based creative methods to aid the healing of injuries and imbalances in the body.

You will learn self-care practices for creating spaciousness and ease in the neck and shoulders; strength and balance for the knees, ankles and feet as we mindfully nudge the body towards healthier alignment and improved range of motion.

This is a complete ‘Yoga Therapeutic package’ which you can carry for self and surely share with others.

**Remember how much your foot and knees, neck and shoulders do for you every-day, honor them by keeping them healthy!!

Open to all students and yoga teachers interested in working therapeutically.

This workshop is excellent for dancers, cyclists, runners, ‘computer workers’, those who experience headaches, lack of balance or anyone interested in letting go of built-up tensions, so basically, this work is necessary for most of us in our modern technology driven culture!

All levels welcome!
