‘Let Your Heart Breathe Gently in 2019’


Breathwork workshop w/ Lydie Om.


We will open the space with a gratitude heart based free flow movement, a gentle guided meditation to drop into the heart, plus some self inquiries before moving into the breathing.


You will lay down, get comfy and use a guided breath flow to assist you to cleanse and clear your emotional body and connect your innermost to your true heart of love, gratitude and presence.


Breath opens the energy channels in the body and allows ‘the stuff you have been holding onto’ to rise up to the surface and be open to be released.


Breathwork is one of the most effective ways to release physical, psychological, emotional stress and tensions. It connects you back to your heart and guides you to your true essence.




What is often holding us back is our subconscious mind.
Experiences and patterns that we may be completely blind to, even from way back in childhood, shape how we see the world and create defense mechanisms that are supposed to protect us, although many times end up limiting us.


Breathwork gives us the opportunity to explore our subconscious and meet our hidden potential in a safe, gentle, and loving environment. Clarity Breathwork helps to activate the subconscious mind and bring awareness and insights right back to you, by you.


In this 2 hour Breathwork workshop, we will be working with an intention, to call back lost parts of our vitality and well-being, using the breath as a vehicle for profound healing.


Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket and a small pillow for your comfort
(loose clothing advise), also a journal if desire.

Lydie Ometto, Yoga Teacher, Health Coach, Clarity Breathwork Practitioner with a gamma of experience in the field of health and healing.


A Clarity Breathwork Practitioner is a professionally trained facilitator who guides your breath in a way that enables the transformational process to occur. The practitioner also guides and supports you through the variety of feelings, thoughts, and body sensations you may experience during a session. The trained Clarity Breathworker is highly skilled at helping you identify and trace complex issues in your life to their origins in your unconscious belief systems, emotions and nervous system.
