Journey Into Your Yoga


Are you considering deepening your yoga practice, or becoming a yoga teacher? Each of us has a unique way we approach our practices.

Whether you want to learn how to guide others along their journey, or deepen your own, this 200 Hour teacher Training can be the next step along your path.


Join us, Lydie Ometto (Owner, Inner Sea Yoga School, ERYT500) and Melissa Hite (ERYT500), for a yoga teacher training that will take you on a deep dive inward while preparing you to share your love of this ancient practice with others. 

We bring joy, humor and love with us and invite you to step into your practice in a whole new way.


We’ll gather on weekends, January through June, once monthly (twice in March) and over 6 months.




Techniques, Training & Practice: 100 hours
Teaching Methodology: 25 hours
Anatomy & Physiology: 25 hours
Yoga Philosophy, Life Style & Ethics: 30 hours
Practicum: 10 hours
Non-contact: 40 hour


The program will be held in a module format over a period of six months.
Complete attendance is required for training certificate
& to register with the Yoga Alliance as an RYT (registered yoga teacher).


This Training will be held in Johnson City, TN


** The majority of the Training will be held at Breathe LifeLight Yoga
at 207 West Unaka Av. – Johnson City, TN
(some exciting field trips is part of the program)

Inner Sea Yoga is a Yoga Alliance Registered school. 


The dates will be as below:

January 11-12-13
February 09-10
March 08-09-10 & 30-31
April 12-13-14
May 11-12
June 07-08-09


Friday evening will be from 5:30 – 8:30pm (just 4 of the weekends)
Saturdays are from 8:00am – 6:00pm
Sundays 8:30am – 6:00pm


Through out the 7th weekend planned we will have a couple of “working through lunch” times
– but they will be fun and very interactive – and plenty of opportunity to digest the beautiful foods.

This is a training approved by Yoga Alliance to graduate you within a 200hrs program (the non-contact hours will be completed through assignments, participating in classes and eventually guiding classes)


Applications are accepted with $400 deposit.  

We have several tuition options for flexibility and you can receive a cash discount


$2475 by December 11 for Early Bird (including deposit) –

$2695 by January 11 (including deposit)


Installment plan: $2695          (also an easier payment plan)
$400 non-refundable deposit, $2295 due by April 11.
Minimum installments of $459 are due each month..

Cost of the training is non-refundable.
In extreme cases training fees may be able to be transferred to a future program.



Complete attendance is required for all module weekends. In the case of extreme illness or emergency, make-up sessions will be discussed on a case by case basis. Make-up sessions will be an added cost to the student as private instruction (to be discussed as needed).
Please plan to attend all weekends as the connection with your group enhances your learning of this ancient practice.

Once deposit or full payment is made to reserve your spot, you will be provided a welcome packet with list of required reading materials and study materials.
