Yoga Teacher Training is a journey that opens the heart and empowers the soul. It is a true personal transformation. Lydie has a deeper love in preparing teachers to expand the beauty of yoga. She has created and directed yoga teacher trainings for the last 5 years and is excited to keep expanding this reach. Lydie also appears as a guest teacher for various training programs around the globe.

In addition to training, Lydie also offers workshops/playshops at various healing centers and in conduction with The Center for Life Expression. Lydie believes that when we set an intention to grow together and support one another in our practice, we all benefit.

Lydie Ometto E-RYT 500 will provide you with a comprehensive look into the Art & Science of Yoga. Do not miss this opportunity to dive deeper into your practice. This Immersion is for anyone who is ready to take their practice to the next level. The Immersion/Teacher Training will take you through the deeper dimensions of yoga giving you the opportunity to teach others along your journey.

Complete attendance is required for training certificate & to register with the Yoga Alliance as an RYT.

In private sessions, Lydie works with your individual needs to deliver results through customized guidance tailored to your body and your practice.

Yoga Therapy is a journey of healing and integration with the physical, energetic, emotional, psychological and subtle aspects of the individual self as we navigate through the 5 Koshas (bodies.)

Yoga Therapy can be utilized in your private sessions according to your specific needs. Yoga therapy may include several or all of the following:

  • yoga postures (asanas)

  • breathing techniques (pranayamas)

  • visualization and guided imagery

  • mudras (hand gestures)

  • affirmations

  • chakra work

  • journaling

  • meditation

During the private prenatal yoga sessions, postures, breathing and meditation will assist in soothing the flows of pregnancy and to prepare you as an expectant mother for both delivery and postpartum recuperation.

Each class is designed to suit your specific needs and accommodate each phase of your pregnancy so you can fully enjoy this magical time of your life.

In addition, Lydie offers private sessions with couples so that the pregnant mother and expectant father may practice together to deeply connect with one another and the baby. Couples prenatal yoga is a fun way for all three to bond and connect to the experience of pregnancy.



Retreats offer the opportunity to get away from the routine and stress of everyday life. This is the time to truly immerse yourself in an experience without distraction. Lydie has been facilitating retreats both nationally and internationally for over 15 years. Examples of retreats are:
